I sent a friend to pick up my prescription last week as I couldn't go due to having Covid. Staff were very rude to him, kept saying they didn't have my prescription after the staff member telling him the previous day to come back and pick up my tablets that they would order them in. It took several staff members to find my prescription. I have decided to go to another pharmacy. You shouldn't be rude to any of your customers. There is no need for rudeness.

The staff in Park Parade Pharmacy are so helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I would like to single out one in particular, Beth, who is so lovely and really helped me when I last visited.

Constantly getting my husband's nomad trays wrong. Since they have taken over boots it has got worse. Have had enough and we are taking our prescription else where. Live is for living and not constantly contacting them to correct errors. Last month sent our prescriptions twice to wrong gp surgery. We informed them we have changed doctors but they didn't alter it their computer.
