Jessica and Jasmin are always really lovely and friendly. They always remember details of stories from my last visit and make sure to ask me about them. They also did a really good job treating my root canal over the last 5 months. Nothing but great experiences at this dental practice, the best I’ve been to ☺️

The receptionist doesn't seem to care about your presence. She registers your name as soon as you arrive and is perfectly fine with you sitting there, showing little regard for your appointment time. I was seen by the hygienist 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Moreover, the hygienist was rude and questioned me in a manner reminiscent of a crime investigator interrogating a suspect on a TV show.

This is a scam they take on new nhs patients, but when you have an emergency they won't see you as an nhs patient. They will only see you as a private patient so you have to pay their extortionate private costs. They had someone available to see me but I could only see them if I paid up front.

Do not bother registering with this surgery.

They claim to open at 8am but don't try calling at that time as you just get a message saying the Surgery is closed.

Luke is a top dentist, he was so considerate so polite, so calming. Him and his team are amazing.
I can not think Luke enough, I had a year and a half wait at other highly reccomended dentists, Luke listened to me so carefully and made all the right steps to getting me the help I was desperate for, and within weeks I am finally feeling back to normal.
It makes such a difference if you have a good dentist and believe me Luke is one of the best, it is not just a job for him, he really does make a difference.

Very Rude and arrogant reciptionist spoke in patronising manner brings the surgery down. And when I asked for her name to make a complaint she outright refused and tried to switch it around on me, saying I was shouting and threatening. service was a zero poor Surgery be warned I have read the other reviews it seems to be the reciptionist.

It was my first visit. I really don't like going to the dentist and had been a number of years since I last went to one. The dentist was friendly and made me feel at ease.

Personally I feel they have Rude reception staff especially towards special need people who need a little extra time to explain or understand this was in my notes to, I’m autistic so I don’t feel welcome one bit. My first ever check up there I had a man didn’t feel comfortable I had to try to be brave but after things wasn’t explained very well and being told I need fillings but I had to explain my front tooth filling is coming out and veneer and needed repairing he said no..afterwards I Spoke to the manager who went to speak to him after sat next to me and gave me an uncomfortable look like she knew I understood when really I didn’t I struggled and I did mention I didn’t feel comfortable round men from my past and he didn’t explain my treatment probably I had to nod and say yes from the way I felt I was being spoken to.. very judged! Last 3 appointments is rearranged in advance due to the anxiety levels and not wanting to go with the same dentist and tried to explain this to reception but apparently I couldn’t and I prefer female dentists due to my past history and this should be taken in consideration to. I had appointments this morning which I didn’t know I was going to wake up with tonsillitis and conjunctivitis and a poorly baby I had to call my doctors first when there’s a hour wait for most calls now as health is important. I ring the reception to explain this and I would have phoned sooner but my doctors it’s important and didn’t know I’d wake up like this or I would have phoned yesterday to cancel. I felt not listened, made to feel guilty how the dentist could of had a emergency put in place I didn’t know doctors was going to take up most my morning and be I’ll. I didn’t know dentist could of had a emergency. I don’t feel we are listened properly when personal matters are put in place. Iv had nothing but hassle and felt uncomfortable here. I have asd needs and not even been listened... maybe if my dentist person was changed I wouldn’t keep rearranging and saying I don’t want a male but made to feel I have to have a male, I’m disgusted and upset about this place and will be making sure people are aware of how we’re treated.
