I saw a paramedic who was lovely but as usual told to come back in a few weeks if nothing gets better. I had already waiting two weeks before booking an appointment because I know that this is a usual response. I feel like I wasn’t taken seriously and now I’ll need to get more time off work at short notice to try and get another appointment rather than it being investigated properly the first time round.

Whenever I've seen the medical staff here they are great. However, the management of the appointment system here is shocking and that's solely down to the practice management team.
Amazing online system and apps available, but never a single doctor appointment on there, not even weeks in advance. Told to call every day from 8am, spend 15 minutes battling an engaged tone and another 20 holding to be told nothing available call back tomorrow.
What happened to open bookings, where surgeries were open 3 to 5pm for walk ins etc? As one of the bigger practices you should be leading by example not persistently failing your patients.

I called the surgery to book a GP appointment, but the receptionist I spoke to was rude and dismissive. I wasn’t given an appointment and was just told to try again another day, despite explaining that the pain had been bad enough over the weekend to call 111. Receptionists are the first point of contact for most surgeries and should be warm, kind, and empathetic.

I have away been happy with the heath care , Dr Lee was very helpful and listened to what I had to say.
All the staff are very caring .
One of the receptionist I don't know her name but I would like to thank her for her caring for me when I was at my lowest.

I've only been there 4 weeks and I have had very good service, last docs was there over 30 years since covid you can't get to see anyone so I'm glad I've changed

Great service. Fast appointments, always got a same day appointment as long as you call early in the morning. Really appreciate how good the system works and the option to queue for a call without being on-hold, as they will call you back. Location is also very central and requests are processed quickly too, including when I registered here. Nurses, doctors, and receptionists are very friendly too. Received follow-up calls quickly. Thank you for your service and keep it up!

Never can I fault my doctors am always very well looked after. Best thing is they all actually listen to my health problems and work with me. Been with them for many years and always had great appointments thank you horizon health care.

Recently had a conversation with receptionist Kelly who was extremely helpful as I made the mistake of not ordering my medication early enough, but I still received my prescription the same day. Also spoke to Rachael who was very helpful with my medication and got everything sorted out so everything is now on repeat. Thank you both very much.
