By far the worst GP practice I have ever known. The receptionists lie to the patients, change their so called policies daily and you can never get an appointment. The practice manager was supposed to call me to discuss my complaints over a week ago and still no phone call! Upon phoning the practice I was advised they cannot speak to the practice regarding my complaint as they are only an appointment booking line. They do not care about their patients. Something needs to be done as surely they cannot get away with such diabolical so called processes and procedures. Only giving a 1 star as you can’t do less than that.

Fantastic Drs, shame about the staff that take the calls at 8am. I had to ring 55 times before I managed to speak to someone who basically did not care and was really rude ( this is becoming a regular occurence in recent months ) and when I asked what the alternative was to see a Dr today, he could not give me an answer. Thankfully 111 sorted me out ( again) and I got seen by a Dr a few hours later and prescribed medication straightaway. They really need to resolve these issues as a matter of urgency.

Very disappointed, I called at 0805 was put on the queue, reception called back at 0815 I advised them I want an appointment to see doctor was told already fully booked.if urgent call 111.I can't believe this.I requested for a telephone Appointment she says will be available in 2 weeks time on the 14th of March.Really!!! I don't see any reason why you should call for an appointment when you can't get immediate attention. This is really frustrating in a first world country the system to be so disorganised.A better system must be brought to avoid such dissappointments

Won’t let me give zero stars so have given 1 star. I have no issues with the Dr’s. They are great. However the competency and attitude of the reception staff is the worst I have experienced. They have no manners whatsoever. Can’t understand simple English. Ask them a question and you get an abrupt response. This is not a one off experience.

Absolutely shocking and rude women at reception. Lack of understanding, need customer service training urgently. Refused to give her name so I could make a complaint about her. Really difficult surgery to communicate with and they become abrupt and rude over the phone when asking questions demonstrating they are nothing but rude and unhelpful. More interested in mergers and money than people care

Looking at the reviews, most are about the extreme difficulty booking an appointment, as has been my experience. I wanted to make a suggestion that the practice stops using the archaic and inefficient method of ringing at 8am and gives us an online consultation option. Most practices have adopted this much better method. I would have offered this as feedback to the practice with the hope of a response but I cannot find anywhere on the website for suggestions or complaints.

If I could give 0 stars then I would, unprofessional never have appointments, when you do you do get an appointment you are sometimes told your wrong or have the wrong time even though you get sent text messages.

I was asked by a professional doctor today why I wanted a diagnosis of ADHD, if I didn’t want to medicate my child “what’s the point then” was the exact words used.

Rang at 8am this morning for an appointment and was told there was none today or even tomorrow, how can that be if your not allowed to ring untill 8am on the day?

Since the merge with the 10 or so other surgeries this practice has gone to pot.

Almost impossible to get an appointment. I can ring at 8 o’clock and be number 26 in the queue, and by 8.10 there’s no appointments left. They seem to have outsourced their appointment booking system to a call centre in India. I keep being told to book online which we can’t do and when I asked how to do it, they tell me I need to speak to reception staff because they can’t help. He also asked to speak to the patient to confirm her details, even though she’s a 10 month old baby! I gave up and called 111 who surprisingly managed to get me an appointment there, we saw Dr Maningo who was brilliant. It used to be a very good practice but since the merge with other practices it’s gone down hill massively, it needs a big overhaul of reception staff too, they’re often rude or very unhelpful. They will stand in-front of you talking to each other but ignoring you.
