The facilities are designed to cater to individuals with mobility challenges, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. The availability of a dedicated car park and accessible entrance removes potential barriers to entry, and the presence of a wheelchair-accessible toilet demonstrates a commitment to inclusivity. The online booking system, frequently praised by patients, offers a significant advantage, allowing for same-day appointments and streamlining the process of scheduling consultations. While the surgery primarily operates as a general medical center, it provides a range of essential healthcare services. The core function revolves around providing comprehensive doctor consultations for various medical needs. Patient feedback suggests a significant improvement in the quality of care over the past two years, indicating a positive trajectory for the practice. The ease of securing appointments, particularly through the online system, is frequently cited as a major benefit. The ability to obtain appointments on the same day is a considerable convenience for patients managing busy schedules and urgent medical needs. The responsiveness demonstrated in handling situations requiring immediate attention, as evidenced by a case involving a patient experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum, further underscores the practice’s commitment to patient well-being. Patient Feedback and Areas for Improvement

Despite the positive feedback regarding appointment accessibility and responsiveness, the average opinion of 2.2/5 reflects areas where the surgery could enhance its service delivery. The surgery's commitment to accommodating patients with mobility impairments, as evidenced by the accessible facilities, is commendable and contributes positively to the overall patient experience. It’s clear that while the practice has made strides in several areas, continuous improvement and responsiveness to patient concerns are paramount to maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction. The dedication to providing timely and efficient care, exemplified by the handling of urgent cases, is a valuable asset. Further investment in streamlining communication processes and expanding digital accessibility could significantly elevate the patient experience and contribute to a higher average opinion score. A huge improvement in the last 2 years. No issues whatsoever. Always got appointments the same day using the online system. For both my children and myself. They were a huge help when I was going through Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Got me straight in to do a urine sample and got me admitted to hospital. No waiting around. The only issue is if you need to contact the surgery, you’ll be waiting a while. I highly recommend the online service!

absolute waste of time to try and book an appointment by phone or on line, you would have more chance of going to the palace to see the king. the reception staff are rude and aggressive and a total waste of space, my true rating is minus 10 stars.

For the last 4 years I have had repeated bouts of cellulitis. None of it has been diagnosed with cause. Each time I have been to this 'Clown Circus' of so-called Dr's. Each giving a different opinion and contradicting the last. I am now to believe that 1. They can't read the last note(s). 2. The language they're reading is wrong and therefore 'La La Land'. 3. Earning too much to care. This is not a medical practice, it's a medical malpractice.

Lovely staff, when you do get to speak to someone! unfortunately let down by the processes to contact them. Anima, waste of time completed it fully, it was shut within the hour stating I had been contacted, I hadn't, tried calling and using the call back function... 5 hours later still no call, so used anima again the same happened, so then i waited on the phone again for nearly an hour, eventually spoke to someone who said test was with lab and would be 2-4 days. 7 days later, still no update from surgery or on nhs app.as they stated. This was over a few days, but shows how difficult it is . Frustrating process

I’m gonna praise vine medical group. I have a few life long medical conditions which the doctors at forest end diagnosed and sent me to the hospital for tests etc. got appointments within a few weeks and results a few days later. Let’s not keep moaning about not getting appoints to see the gp or hospital appointments being put back, remember it’s a FREE service if you want quicker then go
Private! I don’t have any issues with the nhs in any capacity they are wonderful. Stop moaning about them they can only do what they can within their time. Ask yourself would/could you do it or do any better? I doubt it. Thank you vine medical group and all your staff, keep on trying to achieve the impossible.

I recently contacted Vine Group to resolve a situation I had that I needed their help with. The help I received was exceptional, very quick, and everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful and effective, from the receptionist, care team and nurse. I missed a phone call from Dr Caroline Zachary and she took the trouble to message me with important information. Exceptional treatment in the current circumstances.
