Since my parents moved to this practice, the care provided for them has been excellent. All our concerns regarding their physical and mental wellbeing have been addressed. The staff are professional, polite and respectful. Yogita, Jayshree, Dr Ali, Dr Bhola, Dr GIrach have especially been instrumental in assisting us. Thank you.

Went there a few days ago to see a doctor regarding my severe coughing! I've been having problems eating, breathing and getting sleep because of the immense pain. I told the doctor about this but I felt my needs were not met. I also mentioned that I tried some other cough syrup but I couldn't see any results. Doctor couldn't give me any meds for it. I just wasted my time going there. Probably better off going to see a chemist then the doctor.

Worst GP ever, I am looking to change it now. I have been in so much back and neck pain which is causing me light-headedness, I called them but can't make an appointment except 8 am. This needs to change. Secondly they have stopped my repeated prescriptions of inhalers and don't gave me any asthma review appointment. I struggled alot in December. There are many more reasons. But this GP needs to shut down.

My mum has been a patient at this medical surgery for a few decades now. Lately we have had to call the surgery numerous times but we always had excellent service from all the reception staff (Yogita, Jayshree, Ekta and Krupali) as well as all the Doctors (Dr Ali and Dr Bhola) are so knowledgeable and helpful.

The reception staff are all very polite, they answer the phone straight away and always very willing to help.

My local doctor surgery could learn a lot from the staff at Loughborough Medical Centre. Thank you so much for all the help you consistently provide.

The reception team have patience, understanding and warmth when dealing with requests and queries.
Our GP, Dr Ali, who is based at this surgery is very knowledgeable, understanding, caring and her patient care is exceptional.

I & my husband have been registered here since 1998. Registering was straightforward. Staff members were very helpful and cooperative. Getting appointments with doctors or nurses, most of the time it we got it. My experience was quite positive, I would recommend the service and supper from this Surgery.

It’s a great surgery. Just had a revamp. The receptionists are all really lovely. The Doctors are also brilliant. Never had a problem at all!
