I applied for a job a person in charge rang missed the call so I rang them back and was told someone would ring me back that was in September I’m still waiting (not) 4 months later if this is how they treat future staff I would hate to see how they treat there clients

I have autism and mental health along with various other physical disabilities. I am supported by a care company and had kirstens as well. I am very disappointed with kirstens care company. They were notified by two of my carers to disable my visits, by two different emails ( have proof) and it was agreed my visits would end. Had my last two visits. The following week a person from kirstens showed up. I told them they weren't meant to be here and they'd had two emails that had been acknowledged alomg with a phone call 21 days before hand. They even emailed themselves confirming it all. ( have proof) I was given no choice but to accept the visits or I'd be billed anyway. Next day my leading lives carer put a complaint in. He was reassured it was a mistake there end and I wouldn't be billed. Well a week layer I have. So again he put a complaint in and they're now lying saying the email bounced and they only received them a week after they were sent. CQC complaint is now being done .
Will be providing the proof including the times the emails were received to CQC.

The carers deserve 5 stars if I could rate them separately. However the management leaves a lot to be desired. Rotas were not always emailed in time & carers were arriving up to an hour late of their allotted time
& I therefore had to cancel a visit when I PHONED THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THE ALLOTTED CARER WAS LATE , THEY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW BY TELEPHONE WHEN ALLOTTED CARER WAS GOING TO BE LATE & BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL I WAS GIVEN NOTICE THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SUPPLY A CARER . ok I understand due to the Pandemic they were struggling to provide carers, but they could still have let me know on the morning of a visit being late, by telephone.
I am pleased to say I have found a carer myself who is providing excellent care for my wife .
