Probably the worst company i’ve had the misfortune to deal with. Horribly unorganised and unprofessional. Rude, condescending, useless staff who are unable to provide accurate appointment times and addresses, seemingly to receive a fine for a missed appointment. Wish I could avoid, but unfortunately being forced to use their “services” by my insurance company following a non-fault write off.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. They accused me of lying when i attended my medical appoitment and the doctor did not turn up. DO NOT USE AND AVOID.

Couldn’t organise a booze up in a brewery. This company were engaged by my husband’s legal representatives to arrange an independent medical review and report. Premix after four months of waiting secured an appointment with a specialist whose area of expertise was in no way relevant to the injuries to those sustained by my husband. After attending the appointment and being told by the said specialist that he didn’t understand why we had been sent to him and that he couldn’t compile a legal report, we then received a letter from Premex stating that the specialist would no longer be compiling the legal review and rather shirtily stated that we were not to contact him again with no apology from Premex whatsoever for ballsing up a basic simple task - IE, engaging a specialist who dealt with the injuries sustained by my husband. I could have secured an appointment quicker and more effectively myself. This company are an absolute joke and have no common courtesy whatsoever.

What an utter sham this company is. Charge thousands and yet its actually quicker on the NHS and the NHS provide a better service anyway. It's shocking how these scum bags can carry on in the way they do and get away with it.

Truly awful 'computer says no' medical agency who combine a rock bottom service to their solicitor panel with hyper inflated prices, which are frequently contested by Defendants. No concession is given to solicitor members who are expected to take a hit on their extraordinary fees. The only efficient aspect of this organisation is their Credit Control department... Just avoid.
