This surgery is so incompetent and nobody seems to care about their patients' health and wellbeing, no matter how sick you are. It doesn't matter if you call them at 8:00, 10:00, 14:00,all appointments are always gone!!! How's it possible that they have so many patients and everyone seems to have the exact same issue with being unable to get an appointment or at least an econsult. And here things start to get funny because their econsult opens at 18:30 and closes within 3-10 seconds 🤦🏻‍♀️ GPs also keep misdiagnosing patients, prescribing random medications, literally use Google for everything because their knowledge is little to none, keep ignoring symptoms, refuse to refer patients to specialists when it's needed and thanks to this brilliant surgery I'm left with a permanent disability and my health condition may only get worse instead of getting better!!! I have no idea how Cosham Park House and this organisation of Portsdown Group Practice is still allowed to stay open🤔😳

I am 75years old and I have tried to embrace IT for quite a few years now. But we seem to have ended up with DIY!! I order my meds on System online. You can only order the meds when they’re issued. I ordered my pain meds on the 25th August via System online. Enough time before I ran out. I know that the surgery always said allow 72hrs before it could be delivered or picked up from the pharmacy. Now I’m being told 72hrs plus 3/5 working days for the pharmacy to prepare it. I have now been waiting for 10days. I phoned Cosham Community Pharmacy 03.09.24. they said they would prepare it TODAY! and try to deliver it today. The system would be quicker with carrier pidgin. Not fit for purpose. Pat Page.

My partner has anaemia and called for an emergency appointment to get medication and a blood test as she is very very poorly and was told “tiredness isn’t an emergency” but a very moody receptionist. The member of staff was a borderline bully who seemed to take pleasure in not being able to help Katherine. I’ve had to order medication online and she will have to wait 1.5 weeks for a blood test. Disgraceful. Very unhelpful and rude staff. If you move to Cosham area don’t use this surgery.

I receive a weekly text telling me I need a smear. After years of suffering from adenomyosis and endometriosis and receiving no treatment from the nhs I eventually had a private hysterectomy. The surgeon wrote to my doctor as I also received a copy of the letter saying I had a full hysterectomy. Being unable to have children has been very upsetting but Ive dealt with it. I called the surgery and I asked them to please stop texting me for a smear test as this is very upsetting and obviously I don’t need one! The receptionist was devoid of any empathy and told me basically that I need a letter from the gynaecologist department as I can’t possibly know what I had removed. Well I do because I was the one who had the operation. She wasn’t rude but actually sighed and said she had no idea what department to need to contact. Surely my right to ask not be be texted should be enough? I have now had to block their texts which means I will miss any necessary texts such as blood pressure checks and I’m due a tetanus shot too. Where is their patient care and mental health care? Not even a sorry that this is the process more like I interrupted her busy day of having to pick up a phone. I will be writing to the practice manager. Awful awful service

Unfortunately I simply cannot put into words how incompetent this surgery is. It seems that any information gets lost between the pharmacy, the reception, the doctors or the hub. There is no communication between any of them. Atall. So as a customer you find yourself spending weeks, hours making calls, visits and utter time wasting going in loops where someone says one thing, does another and so on. Sadly this is not just one incident, it's been going in this not so merry fashion for years. If I could put no stars I would. If you don't have high blood pressure, be prepared because you'll be in stage 4 after dealing with this place.

Never use the pharmacy at cosham Community next to park house surgery they make excuses after excuses 3 time my prescription is not there I get 6 months worth of prescription at a time. They do not care about ya health they hold my depression and anxiety tablets. I've told them I'm going to be a way for a week that I leave early hours in the morning I spoke to my doctors they said my prescription that they hold does not run out till May they never had my tablets 3 weeks ago and they never had em the Thursday before good Friday. I ask them to sort my prescription out as I'm not going to be hear till next Friday. I've had nothing but problems after problems with that Community pharmacy . This is a joke and very unexceptional.
I want to leave a bad review how would I do it bloody joke how they are behaving in this issue.

Made an appointment easily - time was as arranged. Saw Louis about my heel problem , which he diagnosed after a few tests as Plantar fasciitis. He showed me a few excercises to do, which have had an immediate positive effect. i will continue for 3 months, as suggested. Fabulous service

Appalling services from the GPs. I have been here 3 times, not once they actually listened to my problems, insinuating that my pain (and visible signs) were from anxiety. I went again to ask for a scan, completely ignored.
It's also impossible to get an appointment, if you call 1 minute after 8am, they are already at capacity. Disgraceful!
