Very happy with this care agency the carers are caring, kind, lively, chatty and it makes a difference with how they make my mum feel. We as a family have previously experienced a couple of other care agencies and we've had a rough time with them, as a family we are all happy with this agency alhamdulillah.

Gran was put in touch with Homecare For you after a few falls. She’s 100 and wants to live independently. Social services assessed a daily visit to help gran in the mornings. They’ve been amazing since their visits started in October. I was a bit nervous at first that different carers came, not having experience of this. Thinking that gran might not adapt very well. But each that we’ve met have been so friendly, caring, patient and thorough in their work. It’s brought much relief that this help has managed to keep gran living independently and reduce her potential for falls. During a recent trip away Gran had a fall whilst shopping. Nyla, the lady I spoke to that morning, suggested additional care to help Gran, temporarily. A quick call to the office and this was organised immediately. Grans adapted really well to her carers, they’ve really gone above and beyond, she looks forward to seeing them, and welcomes their help. Thank you so so much

The most amazing carers that carried out all my mother in law’s needs, gave her time and love, listened to her and filled that lonely void. I built an excellent relationship with them all too. The Manager Sophie had come to the house once to carry out checks, she was so professional and she helped me to put a good care package in place for my mother in law, she went beyond and above to come out to have a chat. She is so polite and understanding, we ended up having other conversations and I really got to know her, anytime I called the office the staff were always helpful, especially Noreen. My mother in law sadly passed away this year but I still keep in touch with some of the carers with my favourite being Nyla who always went that extra mile to help my mother in law, she has real commitment to her job and really just wants what’s best for the client. Super friendly and very easy to talk to, on numerous occasions she has called the Drs and pharmacy to get my mother in laws medicine right, helped me get incontenance pads and pointed me in the right direction for adult social services. My husband and I are forever in debt to Homecare for you. I miss you all dearly and wish the best for you only.

We have had homecare for you caring for my mum for the last 7 months. The package has been delivered efficiently and with great care. My mum is bed ridden and they visit four times a day and complete all the toileting and bathing duties to a high standard. Sophia and Noreen the Manager and Coordinator have been excellent with dealing with any issues that arise. Would recommend as we have had a great service.

The services provided by home care for you are exceptional. My mother is completely bed bound, however whenever I am in need of service - the carers are quick to deliver excellent care. I would highly recommend this service to the masses.

Hi Ladies,
I’d like to thank everyone at HC4U. The carers, office staff and my manager Sofy.
HC4U is my Other Family which keeps me going. I know for a fact I don’t make it easy for anyone. I know I can be annoying. I definitely don’t make it easy for the office staff. I go in every week with a list of problems or issues that I have and expect them to be sorted with a click of a finger. Some are sorted straight away and others are dealt with accordingly. I have many a times walked into the office thrown a tantrum and have had meltdowns. They have listened, guided and put me all back together again. Same goes with my work colleagues. I expect a high standard of work from myself and my work colleagues. If I am not happy then i usually let u know and the management.
Most of all I would like to Thank Sofy fir always being there for me. Even when I was abroad I sent her text and she sorted my problem and told me not to worry. She has always been their for me and most of the time it will have nothing to do with work. Thank you all for being my HC4U family

Worst provider in the North West. Disrespectful, arrogant, stiff necks, owner and managers alike, not moved by any of complaints. Snub and threat complaining customers often and would not stop short of verbal abuse. They appear to have amassed great wealth out of other's miseries, establishing many offices, hence never short of income hence not affected if a customer leaves. They seem to know that if one leaves another will come to trap.Their local office in my area has heartless and sadist staff who purposely aggravated disability related problems instead of resolving those and making life worry free. The faces change so frequently that a poor service recipient will never get to know staff fully before they are changed with no regards to your concerns. The staff never ever spends the allocated time with you, always late and always leave early. The big mouth at local office kept raising objections on one pretext or the other through out the period of so called service and have actively been encouraging workers to refuse doing certain lawful chores on the basis of ill found judgements. So STAY AWAY from them if you really care for your loved ones. Do not put your loved one's at the mercy of those who take advantage of the disability.

Homecare For You has been providing services for my mother with Dementia and other health conditions. They provide an excellent service with genuinely caring, friendly staff who go above and beyond.
