I had home visits from nurses coming from this centre to my ill wife. The nurses were nice and friendly but apart from it they were useless. All help was question: How are you today? and that's it. They didn't even asked questions about her illness. They said: We think you should apply for this benefits but due to illness of my wife she didn't and after two years ot their service my wife was left with nothing when their service ended.

No service will be had here, you'll just get played about and make yourself into a helpless fool. Be smart and turn away from this place before its too late. Deny service and having nothing will probably do better for you than going to Parkway.

The only way you will be able to convince them that they need to do their jobs and not FOB you off and discharge you, is if you kill yourself.

Being fair to them, they are underfunded and massively overstretched. The vacant lot next to them was supposed to be a Adult mental health supersite (waiting still!)

Disgraceful. About twelve years ago they helped me and were absolutely wonderful. This year they have refused to help me even though I would be a returning patient. How their standards and quality of care have fallen in the space of a few years is unbelievable. As far as I'm concerned they should be shut down.

Absolutely disgusting service on mental health referrals. Doctor was very unhelpful , unprofessional , unempathic expecting me to explain my story in 10 seconds when its taken six hours in therapy to fully explain. This what get waiting 3 years. Absolute joke the doctor should be sacked. He Has no idea whats he doing.

Firstly I was sent from hospital to ITalk then from ITalk to these people because no one could help me. Today I’ve been told they cannot help me, I’ve been put in the situation where I feel I just keep getting moved around. It’s disgusting, after hours of assessments and time where I keep having to repeat my problems and things that I don’t necessarily want to speak about over the phone, I am incredibly fed up.

I'd give 0 stars. I have really bad mental issues including severe depression, and more. I'm very suicidal and so sometimes I'm too low to leave my house. I canceled on appointment due to being at college, rearranged for another, in which I missed because I was having a very low suicidal episode so couldn't get on a public bus to travel and hour and a half to attend my appointment. Going outside when I'm in this state is just putting myself in multiple situations to harm myself. Today I got a letter through the post saying they don't want to help me anymore. So they'd rather let someone who is suicidal continue to suffer than understand and sympathize. Not even professionals. Don't go here and if your doctor refers you to them ask to go somewhere else I beg, I didn't listen to the reviews.

My 23yr old son was recently given an assessment by Tracy halliday who put personal assumptions on our letter by mistake causing alot of distress to me. I am going to make a formal complaint as none of his needs were met and as a mother I was made to feel very very low. She states mother paints a slightly more bias picture , she may have to some extent enabled his behaviour and I feel may be seeking some financial incentive due to him returning home! I am absolutely horrified! I have since reported it and got my son another assessment and been given a huge apology... I will make a formal complaint, I've been trained as a recovery worker and have worked for NHS and Hampshire probation Trust for over 7 yrs.
I'm appalled tas to why she would even think that
