I really don't like giving reviews that aren't 5 star. However this massage was at best average. Very lukewarm welcome as we arrived. Then into the treatment room where a girl checked if we had any allergies but didn't crack a smile. The paperwork wasn't available on the online portal but no mention was made of this. The masseur had cold hands which just compounded the fact that temperature in the room was cold. This really didn't help me to relax and I spent much if the massage trying to pull the towel over myself so I didn't freeze! The masseur didn't ask if I wanted any areas focussed on, didn't check if I was warm enough, didn't ask about the pressure until it was nearly over. It was a Friday afternoon and a fairly last minute booking so I'm guessing she didn't want to be there. As we were paying the staff pushed review forms towards us and watched as we filled it in. Such a shame. It wasn't cheap and I expected more. Will go elsewhere next time.

I had a lovely experience at Elley Spa. Very quick to respond to messages & had a great consultation with them to discuss treatment options. I had a 30 minute Electrolysis appointment & it was excellent. Lovely calming atmosphere & very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be returning for more treatments.

A wonderful spa, I had a manicure and deluxe pedicure with Melody who was absolutely wonderful. I can honestly say that all of the ladies there make you feel welcome and comfortable and I must say it is the best deluxe pedicure I have ever had! I highly recommend Elley Spa and can’t wait til I go back 😁

Had a wonderful experience at Elley Spa getting toenails painted with SNS/Shellac. My technician was friendly and gentle. 6 weeks later after hiking mountains, dancing in wedding heels there is not a chip to be seen. My podiatrist actually had to sand them off. Great service and product

Amazing! Staff are lovely and a very relaxing environment. My wife and i had a full body 1 hour massage and it was amazing. Perfect to destress. I highly recommend and will be going back.

My first ever pedicure and only my second wax (back only). Everyone was thoughtful and patient, guided me through the new experience. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed. Both women I dealt with had excellent chat, but not so chatty that I couldn't just relax into the experience.

I really enjoyed this and I will be back soon for sure. Highly recommended.

I had my third Radio Frequency CrystalFrax Skin tightening Treatment 70 minutes with Mary at elley spa. The treatment is absolutely amazing, it makes me feel relaxed and my face looks and feels so much better. I must say all the staff there are friendly and welcoming which makes a very comfortable atmosphere.
