I can't sing this hospital's praises enough - I visit the dental department, and I have disabilities, which makes it difficult for me to visit a regular dentist. From the very first visit, to the day I received treatment, the staff were caring, gentle, patient, understanding and kind. One of the staff members, when I first visited, I was so nervous, she offered to come in on her day off to be with me on the day of my treatment - and she did just that - for that I am truly grateful. On my first visit, they asked me what music I liked - I told them I loved Elvis - on the day of treatment, Elvis was playing. You just can't get this kind of wonderful service any more, so they really do deserve a round of applause - I had to settle for a thank you card!

I received outstanding care from Nurse Sarah, an exceptional nurse and an asset to the service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly professional. Her wound care was top notch with meticulous attention to detail.
I can’t commend the service highly enough!

Today, I went to Cheshunt Community Hospital to get my wrist checked. It was badly swollen, felt like it might be broken, and I couldn’t move it. I explained that I’m a train driver and use my left wrist for work, and while I had experienced slight pain over the last year, this was an ongoing issue that had become much worse.

Despite the visible swelling and the fact that my arm was in a sling, I was turned away without even being checked over. They refused to provide an x-ray because they didn’t consider it “trauma,” which was incredibly frustrating given the pain I was in. I could barely drive myself to my GP afterward.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my disappointment, I was told I was “having a go at the nurses” and referred to the manager. All I wanted was help, but instead, I left feeling dismissed and let down. Considering I live so close to the hospital, I thought going there would be the safer option. Sadly, my experience was nothing but disappointing.

I go there to do some blood tests and the phlebotomists there do their job in making sure they draw blood properly. that's all i can say really. ive never been there for any minor injures so i cant comment on the care there. just read the other reviews to find out i guess.

An amazing team, from the lovely receptionist Katie who called the nurse straight away to the fantastic nurse Sarah who is so professional, calm and efficient and called her colleague Evangeline immidiately who is also very knowledgeable and skillful. We are so impressed by the whole team and so grateful for all their support. Sarah provided all necessary treatment, information and advice. Both nurses went out of their way to ensure that their patient- my husband is well, safe and treated with dignity and respect, efficiently on a bank holiday Monday when the Hospital is so busy. It's so admiring how all staff in Cheshunt Community Hospital works with a smile and calmness under pressure.
We would always be very grateful for their help add would highly recommend them. It would be great if this Hospital has an A & E department because that's exactly how the NHS should be! Thank you enormously! You set an example for the NHS very high!

Wait Time 1 - 2 Hours and we were in and out within that time.

My Dad was seen within 15 minutes and patched up sent home happy as Larry.

Staff were warm, polite and thorough.
We saw Jo and it was lovely.

Place is clean and bright. Waiting room a little on the small size but it looks like there may be an over spill section.

Not everyone aware of this but there is up to 2 hours free parking just outside the hospital.

Staff at blood test are usually very nice. The lady in bay 1 today was very unpleasant. Left all of my greetings and good day wishes unanswered, very rude. She instead gave a annoyed looking face for no reason. If you are doing a job to help people and so on, you should be kinder and actually enjoy the job you’re doing.
