Their new system is clearly working! It’s great you can now get a call back from the receptionists instead of waiting in a queue on the phone to get an appointment. The ANP Peter is brilliant! He always listens to your concerns and explains everything well. Recently had more pleasant experiences with the surgery than negative, credit to the staff and management!

This GP service is an absolute joke. The service provided is abysmal - firstly they always claim they don’t have appointments and when they do offer an appointment they don’t stick to it. The reception staff are arrogant and pay no attention to patients who are trying to attend for their appointments. I attended for an appointment with my small child albeit slightly later than the appointment time (post school time appointment) and was ignored by the reception staff for 6 minutes and then they proceeded to tell me that my child would not be seen as we were late - although the time they took to actually acknowledge me was longer than how late I was. This GP practice has been under scrutiny before and they just changed their name however the incompetency remains the same. I hope reception keep the same energy when it comes to their own relatives.

All staff; from the receptionists to the doctors are exceptional.
They try their best to accommodate with appointment times.
They get back to you almost always on the same day.
I’ve heard lots of horror stories from others about their GP surgeries.
& I’m so proud to say that you most certainly are the very very best!

Visited the surgery this morning and was treated by all member of staff with kindness and respect. Special thanks to Peter Hutchinson who arranged all my tests and referrals very quickly. Peter is a great practitioner,who always welcome his patients with a nice smile.

It’s was nice experience. They listened me at call then give me an appointment then readjust my appointment with a coordination call and then finally Dr was an excellent person with smiling face. He checked properly and recommended some tests and medicine as well.

After reading few reviews I come to conclusion that it is easy to criticse then to accept the fact. Our GP is attending to lots of patients. It's upto us to make a phone conversation short and to the point for operator to understand. I am sure each operator attends atleast 50/60 calls a day.
So the caller should have patience and these days if we press #1, the operator calls back.
There are few jobs which are stressful.
It's our duty to understand the callers ( patients) who are from age group 18 to 85 years old , with different backgrounds.
Anyway i am extremely happy with the service from our GP.
With big applause and salute to Doctors and to all the helping staff. Great job.
Thank you for taking care of us all as it is thankless job.

Dr called for a triage. I was then told I needed another blood test which I questioned as I already had a blood test recently and am awaiting results for those. It was upon my investigation regarding my blood results, that the doctor then had to recheck my records to confirm whether I actually needed my bloods taken again. Appalling that the doctor was unaware of my records before notifying me of having bloods taken again!
