Bad staff on reception the girl with glasses short girl she was sat on her phone texting I stood there for a while i kept my mouth shut i was gona tell her that I could see her texting from her glasses and she has no manners if she couldn’t hear she goes Haaan!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but staff have a terrible arrogant attitude here and it has worsened over time. Often you're spoken to with total contempt, ridiculed and patronised by receptionists who have no medical training or qualifications when calling for an appointment and try to best guess advice off your symptoms. Horrendous. I was undecided between 1 and 2 stars because once getting through to one or two of the doctors they can be occasionally supportive. But it can cause further illness just trying to get a hold of your doctor.

Absolutely joke never coming back here the waiting time is ridiculous. Called for my inhailer prescription 3 times and still my inhilers have not arrived and only thing they could offer is an apology. Think twice before joining this surgery.

I changed Doctors because of the sheer incompetence there. The last straw was when they tried to weigh me with two scales one under each foot. I had chest pains and all they could say is" you better go hospital, we dont have an ECG machine" Terrible, lazy attitude.

Trying to get an appointment on the day you are I'll is virtually impossible. Prescriptions, hospital letters or messages get lost or misplaced regularly. Reception staff can be rude, impatient and appear disorganised. For the short time before my mother sadly passed away, that she was registered here, was at best frustrating and a constant sources of worry and felt very let down and ignored. I would not recommend this surgery to anyone!

Why is nothing being done about the way patients are treated. Is it because the doctors own the surgery so they think they can talk with patients in any way they want. Dr datta (MALE) is not helpful at all. Always seems to rush you and never give any proper advice. Aftet asking the same question hell make a facr in disgust. I know people dont want to say this because its their doctor but he's ridiculous. They need to sack the dattas and replace them. P.s. Doctor MacKenzie is the only reason im not changing doctors. He is the best doctor in blackburn.

Iv been trying to get an appointment since 8 this morning and have been on hold for 4hours without talking to anyone this is not acceptable as I need to see a doctor as well as getting my blood results back and still not getting an answer!! Awful service I will be changing doctors
