Antony is a fantastic physio. He is very knowledgeable and his sessions are tailored to your needs each time. After having a lower back injury, he helped me understand what I had done but also how to become pain free!

After 2 years of chronic back problems, operations, injections, physios, chiropractors, no progress had been made. Enter Antony Gross… no magic wand, no difficult exercises, no excessive demands, just an agile plan based on trial, inspection, feedback involving 5 appointments over 3 months. I now have full movement with no pain, and am off on a road of rehabilitation to becoming, once again, a very average golfer and tennis player. Thanks Antony 🤩👍

Would not hesitate to recommend AG Physiotherapy. From my first visit when, over a number of weeks, I had gone from a fit, active person to not being able to bend to put my shoes on, Antony has got me back to being pain free and able to run again with a combination of manipulation, stretches and acupuncture. Very knowledgeable. Really helpful advice on how to avoid recurrence. Thanks very much!

I would highly recommend Antony at AG Physiotherapy. After injuring my knee and having pain for several months he gave me a progressive programme to restore my strength and get rid of the pain. I am now back to all of my normal activities pain free

Visited with frozen shoulder and in a lot of pain with limited movement in left arm.
Can’t fault care and treatment received, always very helpful and approachable as well as extremely knowledgeable. I am now back to normal and pain free, so one very happy client. Would thoroughly recommend and I would not hesitate to return should I experience any future problems.

Can’t recommend AG enough, had a long period of leg, calf and back pain but following their advice I have been able to cover quickly and safely. Very friendly and very good and explaining what’s required.
