What an amazing experience I had with Barbara. I was literally at rock bottom but 4 months later my life couldn't be any more different. From the initial consultation, Barbara was warm, understanding and knowledgeable. From the first meeting I was put at ease and willing to explore everything Barbara wanted to do with me. I had a number of issues to deal with but after the very first appointment, I could feel a difference. I would rarely smile but after the first meeting I was walking down the road with a smile on my face. If you're hesitating about whether to make an appointment, all I can say is don't hesitate and make that appointment. Barbara will make you feel so much better. One of my issues was addiction and I haven't even had the urge since working with Barbara. I can not recommend her enough. A really really lovely woman. Thank you, Barbara.

Barbara has been amazing, I am a completely different person leaving as to when I walked in. For someone who was on the fence about therapy, I can now not recommend it enough.
