Great deal on the frames with buy one get another free on including standard lenses. Bought rimless frames with reaction lenses great when it's a sunny day these lenses & are lightweight & thin. Now the problem I'm having been twice to collect my new frames but they are not finishing the lenses correctly which I mentioned first time rimles frames the basics lenses should be straight & all edges polished. Frames came back with lenses not polished all around on both frames so I'm wearing one & waiting on the second frame now it's 4 weeks. Annoying & disappointing after spending £350+ on these frames with the offer.

It's simple rimless glasses the lenses should be straight forward need more attention to detail by staff working there.

Friendly staff and eye test was good, lovely clean and fresh store. Sadly I wasn't informed my lens had arrived on the day (which was after the earliest collection point, I booked to collect (even phoning a couple of days before to move appointment a couple hours earlier). A bit disappointed by this

The store was lovely after it's refurbishment. Very warm and welcoming. The staff were good and I didn't have to wait long between pre tests and seeing the optician. The optician was very good and explained all about my eye health and the cataracts that had just started.

Today 14th January 2025 at about 12.30 hours I received the worst customer service of my life by speccsaver staff name Moora she was very rude and in hurry to cut me off the phone for no reason best know to her.
I am highly disappointed of her service.

Attended appointment on time 11am today for my ears; very disorganised, no one to check me in; waited for almost an hour. The audiologist invited someone else in my place to be seen in front of me earlier. Other staff not interested as it’s a separate service and rude on the phone. Asked to use the toilet to be told by staff there is no toilet and then ask a colleague can customers use the toilet lol Only to receive a telephone message 4 hours later apologising and offering another appointment. Disappointed.

If someone wants to learn how to make people fool please get training from this guys 😂 in website they writing and mentioning something else and when you reach at store you will find something, no hate because it’s business strategy , but still be aware 👍🏻

Good central location in Hatfield, the staff are extremely polite and knowledgeable, I was surprised by the prices and range of glasses.
