Recently been here for first time.
Due to another emotional melt down relating to stress mainly . it is Beautiful especially gardens. Clean. and staff amazing although on occasion miss communication. They work hard it. A vocation . and have to come up against some very challangeing behaviours from .patients at times. Doctor. Pleasant explained all well to me x

Appalling service. Tried calling to get in contact with my family member they hung up on me. Called again got told to leave my number. Family member was able to call me. To tell me they was trying to hold them another 12 hours! They was there from 9:30am and not ONE member of staff went to see them, no professional, NOTHING and then tried to say they need another 12 hours to deal with the case even though they had ALL day! I am shocked and appalled with this service. They clearly do not care about people's welfare and do not want what's best for them!! Angry!!

The patients are treated with contempt and there's never anyone of authority you can enquire to.

They effectively imprison people and throw away the key. This place is a death sentence for patients who do not deserve to be there.

I have been to kingfisher court most of the staff don't know what to do in a situation I was in swift ward staff there were full of bad attitudes when they restrain patients they hurt them iheard screams from the corridors women was in distress they restrained her gave her depot injection I have seen patients in distress some nurses and docs love in flickting pain on patients kingfisher court should be closed down public don't see what goes on behind close doors stay safe be well.

The reason why I'm giving a one star is very minimalistic and very basic and the staff are very very nosy I wasn't on the ward to be fair I was in the 136 part of it and the food was not five-star at all but there were some friendly people
