This company is by far one of the best Domiciliary care company's around, The management have regular contact with their service users, ensuring the service they receive is person centred, They will always try their best to accommodate you with all your needs. All the carers are lovely and show patience and understanding.

The care, support and love my dad and I received prior to his death in May was far above and beyond anything I had ever anticipated, especially as it followed on from totally inadequate care from another provider. My dad looked forward to his carers arriving as they were absolutely amazing. As a family member, I was made to feel as valued, respected, and supported as my dad. Right up to the day he died, my dad was treated with respect and dignity, and I cannot praise the whole team enough. The on-call manager cried with me in the middle of the night when I woke him to inform him of my dad's peaceful passing, yet I was still offered comfort and support.
I can never thank Exemplary Care Services enough for caring and respecting my dad's last wishes which were to remain in his own home.

I just wanted to thank you for providing the care for mum when she returned home from hospital and a short stay in a care home. Sadly my passed away recently but I promised her that I would send this message..

Mum was very picky at first with having carers but Macy and Lilly did win mum round and eventually she was happy for them to help her and she did enjoy there visits.
Both girls did a lot for mum and I won’t forget the care and kindness they showed.
Spoke to Ben on the phone a few times to and he was always very caring and happy to help in anyway he could.

I have used them for my mum this was the third company which i tried but unfortunatly dispappointer with the customer services requested them to change the timming fir carers but they said its impossibile i think this is unfair they need to b professional.
Group. Of carers came they were tired i have asked them when you started they said we start early morning and it was 21:30 when they came at my house i think its unfair with them aswell they should treat the staff in a good way.

The company is caring, loving always punctual good communication between all staff and management people. Feel part of the family and always good at answering outside of office hours. Will do anything to help and go above and beyond. Brilliant service. Wouldn’t ever want to switch. I’ve had previous companies before this one and would never want to change it for the world

Have received care from them everyday since January.
Could not praise them enough. You feel like they treat you as family, from the carers coming in everyday to the office and management staff.
So caring, loving and professional.
