All the staff I came into contact with were brilliant. They put my needs first. Made me feel at ease. Emma from the catering staff was so lovely. She took my order and reassured me that after my procedure she will come in and check on me to see when i was ready to have my food.
My consultant was lovely. Mr Aty came into see me before the procedure and he went through everything and put me at ease. He also came in after, and explained that everything went well.
The nurses were brilliant especially Louise. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

But I want to say also a massive thank you to the lovely night nurse I had her care I couldn't fault but last but not least the amazing surgeon Mr bacari. Except for a little uncertainty on whether I was a day patient or staying overnight (depending which staff I asked) everything was very well explained. I ended up staying for one night and the operation and short stay were excellent. Staff were friendly and had time to talk as they didn't seem as rushed as NHS staff tend to be. Follow up appointments could not have been better. Excellent service.

Visited treatment room today, cannot praise highly enough! Janine (the treatment room nurse) and Jane (the physiotherapist) were so incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful - two lovely kind ladies and a credit to the hospital. The receptionist staff are always helpful, friendly and kind!

I have nothing but praise for the whole Beardwood team involved in my recent operation and recovery.
During my two night stay in August I received the most kind, caring and compassionate treatment from the nursing/caring staff and doctor on the ward. Nothing was too much trouble, all executed effectively and efficiently... and with a smile.
My consultant Mr J R Srinivasan has provided excellent care both pre and post operation. He promotes professional yet relaxed consultations and has the ability to make you feel totally at ease. He always listens and explains procedures fully to ensure you are reassured throughout. I knew I was in good hands. He obviously has a very experienced theatre team, a couple of whom popped back in to see me, just to see how I was, before I was discharged.
My treatments from the outpatient nurses have been excellent, again, nothing is too much trouble for them. A special mention must go to Janine who has been invaluable in my recovery. Her knowledge and experience is obvious. She promotes a friendly relationship whilst always remaining respectful.
Thank you to the whole Beardwood team, I would have no hesitation in recommending this hospital.

I had hip replacement surgery recently at Beardwood by consultant Mr Kamath. From my initial appointment, I was treated most kindly and courteously by all staff members. I felt so well cared for by Mr Kamath, Dr Bonner and the theatre staff. The nursing staff are efficient, kind and always there for you. Meals are well prepared with a good choice and served with a smile. This hospital has a very pleasant and friendly vibe indeed and I’m extremely grateful to all who were involved in my care. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Staff all amazing. Food amazing. Cannot fault on any level. In for a day case ( General Anaesthetic) and looked after so well. Thankyou all.
