Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with this clinic. Made slightly worse for having to wait over a year to be referred.

I have suffered with chronic back for over 10 years and now have pain after standing still for a few minutes.

I had one session at this clinic which initially seemed OK, I was understanding that nothing will happen quickly and it may take a while to find out what is going on. I then went to book my next appointment, which I was scheduled in for 1 months time. I thought this was quite a while bug was happy to wait as like I say I knew it wasn't going to be a quick fix.

Upon attending the second session I was prepared, having been doing the suggested exercises, for a further investigation of what could be going on. However no more than a minute into the session I was already getting a talk about how there is nothing they can do and this will be the last session.

I understand that my case probably reflects on severity vs how busy they are and yes I have coped for 10 years, I am now 36. So perhaps compared to their normal clients (he said. The average age was over 60) I am more active. And likely deemed not high risk.

But it's a shame that they failed to see the impact that this is having on my life and do not have the time to do anything with me.

Really lovely clinic got my appointment very quick after having foot problems for 6 weeks or more. No waiting list, very helpful and polite staff, and came out with some excersises and a follow up appointment for next month! Physiotherapist was lovely!

Just went in for appointment for x-ray all done with plenty of time many years ago it used to be my old school but now part of the NHS supported sites

I had an appointment this morning here (this is my second) in the x.Ray department and im so impressed with how efficient this hospital is. Very well organised. Lovely friendly staff .clean and I was in and out in 15mins .actually before my original time.i cannot recommend this service enough .amazing place.

I was rather upset at first having to travel from Portsmouth to Havant to have an eye examination - since I am a disabled person. However, the fast efficient service by friendly staff overcame the inconvenience.
