So disappointed. For the third time in a row the delivery driver has failed to read the very clear note on the package stating that the contents should be posted through letterbox if not in. I am now faced with running out of tablets as I am in London for the next week and will have to have tablets posted to me!

I gave it one, this is the middleton grange shop. I stood and waited nearly five minutes to be served, another guy came in a lady came out and asked who's next? I walked out I will never ever go anywhere near again

The staff and drivers are amazing, they really do go beyond the call of duty, they have supported us throughout COVID and continue to do so. I really can't thank them enough, they literally are lifesavers

Yet again meds not delivered I was told I needed a review from surgery when I phoned the doctor I was told my prescription ends on 17th december so phone back to chemist told them and now they admit it was their error this is the 3rd time I've had problems and each time it was chemist I was even told I have never had meds delivered by them strange as I was a customer when the old pharmacist was there he was brilliant and knew what he was doing wish he was back
