Stephen Barker is the most exceptional Audi Brand Ambassador. I called after a very stressful experience and Stephen instantly responded with genuine compassion, understanding and empathy. I immediately felt at ease and was literally blown away by his highly perceptive grasp of the situation. Stephen embodies going ‘above and beyond’ and is so humble he doesn’t even expect any credit for it. He possesses a genuine good heart, high intellect and an attitude reminiscent of how service used to be which sadly is rare nowadays.
It brings me comfort knowing people like Stephen Barker exist. I hope Audi and Group 1 realise what an asset he is and how much he has restored my faith in the Hatfield branch and also humanity! Outstanding Customer Service at Audi Hatfield

I recently visited Audi Hatfield for a service, and I must say, the experience from start to finish was absolutely on point. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the young lady at the front desk, whose friendliness made me feel welcome right away. Her professionalism set a positive tone for my visit.

Adrian was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain how long my car would be in for service and kept me updated at every step. His communication was clear, and I really appreciated his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was informed throughout.

The little touches, like the tea and coffee provided, made the experience even better. It’s these thoughtful details that truly set Audi Hatfield apart. I felt well taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better level of customer service.

Really disappointing experience with Audi today. Took my car a few weeks ago for a service and MOT, everything is fine other than a few oil changes etc. Booked it in for those jobs to be done today. Now they call me and tell me I need 4 new tyres and a load of other jobs doing! Disgusting behaviour, if it needed new tyres 3 weeks ago they should have said, if it didn't then it doesn't now after about 300 miles of driving and they are trying to milk me for money. I will be taking my car elsewhere going forward

Recently purchased a car and the service received from Ash was phenomenal from start to finish. I travelled down from Birmingham and Ash went into work on a Sunday on his day off to get the sale processed as this was the only day that I was able to travel down.

He was very friendly, explained everything about the Audi app and made sure it was all up and working before we left. I also received a follow up call after to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that everything was OK.

I would definately recommend Ash as a sale advisor and can't fault him in the slightest.

This was my third time using Audi Hatfield through my Audi service plan, and as someone who comes from a dealership background I can assure any potential customers that the Service team is absolutely fantastic, very respectful to cars, and the valeter always gives the vehicles a lovely wash.

Fantastic care from the service department from start to end of my MOT. My service advisor, Luke, is very good at his job, making me as a customer feel valued, and the lovely lady at the front desk was very helpful.

I had the pleasure of liaising with Sohrab from Hatfield Audi who from the very beginning to the end was so helpful. He was exceptional with keeping in constant communication as well as being very informative. His mindful and helpful approach did not go unnoticed. On delivery of the vehicle he was very helpful and made sure we had everything in working order before we left the dealership. Sohrab has been amazing and went above and beyond in providing the best level of care and support.
