Tidy charity shop, well laid out and a good selection, some prices a little high, but mostly on point. Friendly young chap works there.

My son's been looking as woolly displayed toys. Literally they were falling down when you was trying to put them back. Staff was shouting at my son's without asking where is a mother and after me hearing whispering about them on the back room I did step in. Not very polite people with no manners! They could just tell me instead doing big deal of the day.

I've always had a great experience coming here, I think the prices are fair prices, every time I've gone in with my 2yr old one staff member always goes above and beyond with him and trying to make him giggle and distract him when he starts to get upset when there's to many people in the store and he gets overwhelmed (my son has autism) everything I've got from mind has always been great quality and fair prices; around Christmas time I got a walk along piano for 4 pounds in the original box my son LOVES it and plays with it daily and even 5 months down the line it still works brilliant and used daily. If people are thinking of checking the charity shop out they really should give it a try

Ludicrous prices, £11.75 for some old used nike shorts. £10 for a beaten up dkny belt. Even next and m&s stuff is treble what you'd pay elsewhere in blaby.. its an honourable cause but your prices are beyond silly for blaby.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Don’t bother!!! The staff and SO SO SO rude! I can’t stress that enough !!! Not to mention the insane prices they charge ! You are a charity, this is not a high street shop, you want £20 quid for a 20 year old windbreaker with marks all over it. Get over yourselves. NEVER will I go back!!!
