The building and facilities are absolutely gorgeous. Also having had the chance to see lots of the carers 'in action', I have to admit I've never seen better and kinder, and believe me I've been in so many care homes. Bless you all and keep up the great work!🥰🙏🌿

Cant even do their basic job, every time we do a spontaneous visit my dad is always a mess, generally wearing other peoples unwashed clothes, the room is always a state, carers dont seem to know what they are doing and we have to go down there to bath and feed him otherwise it just doesn't get done. So many things have gone missing in there, can't leave anything even slightly valuable.

Very sad place to be. Staff overworked and wanting to be out. Witnessed a member of staff being questioned by 2 senior members (quite intimidating) over something she hadent even done and knew nothing about what she was being questioned about. The care home is just a powerhouse. Thankfully got my family moved!
