I’ve registered recently here as we moved in Hatfield not long ago. Today was the first time I had to come in and I was very pleased with all the process. Phoning is easy and the option from them to call me back and not wait in the queue I find it so useful. When we came in my little one played with the toys and then we saw Dr. Kelley who was so amazing. My little one who is just two and half was very brave and he loved her. Thank you so much to everyone. Amazing practice and hard work is being put in there every day. Thank you again for taking care of us .

I had a lovely experience with Kate, she was so kind, friendly, polite but also professional. She talked me through my condition & the treatments available & sent me written information. She then did a follow up appointment a week later when I had had a chance to read all the information. I was left confident that I could ask for support at any time.

Really friendly and helpful staff, both on reception and the doctors/nurses, I have had to have quite a few appointments over time for blood tests, with nurse or with GP and would give positive feedback for all aspects. Very kind explaining things to me as well, answering all my questions, making sure I fully understand everything and am happy with treatment etc. I've also been in the waiting room and heard the receptionists on phone to other people, they are always polite, helpful and very patient !! Wrafton is a very good surgery, and I feel well cared for. The 'call-back' system is very helpful too!

After some troubles in the past in getting through by phone and unfriendly receptionists, the callback system used now is a great improvement. Then during the appointment doctors listen carefully and respond well (as before). But a much better service to book an appointment.

Had my first smear test at this GP after putting it off for over a year. Honestly the best experience I could’ve asked for! My nurse Kate was so wonderfully warm, bubbly and reassuring, and made me feel so so comfortable (which is really important for a procedure as intimate as this!). Had a previous bad experience at a gynaecologist so I had my apprehensions, but this completely changed my perspective on the whole thing. She explained the process and medical background of the smear beforehand to ensure I understood the importance of it and knew what to expect, and the procedure itself was quick, easy and painless. She regularly checked in with me and made sure to put my comfort first throughout the entire appointment. I've been registered at this GP for 15+ years and this is the first time I've been compelled to write a review - by far the most pleasant and validating experience I've had here. Kate is truly an asset to Wrafton House and I hope she is treated as such! I also received my letter with the results just a few days after the appointment which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated given the worrisome nature of this kind of appointment. All in all a lovely experience!

Absolutely not acceptable service!
I’ve been on the phone for an hour to find out my baby’s test results and was number 1 in line … after 1 hour I was told sorry the surgery is closed for this service please call back another time.
This surgery needs people that care and actually work and do something. Not people that go to work for chats and coffees!
