Absolutely great service from this practice. From the dentist to the nurses and the receptionist they where all really kind and friendly.. I am really nervous of going to the dentist but they put my mind and nerves at rest! Thank you so much 🥰

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from dentist to my 8 year old daughters first visit to this dentist. Drilling daughters tooth with cavity, daughter begins sobbing saying shes in pain, dentist calls her a liar, threatens she’ll be in more pain if she doesnt drill her tooth which is causing her pain. Spoke to my daughter like she was stupid and telling her to lie back down to drill her tooth. I got my daughter out the chair, took over an hour to calm her down, shes never had a problem at other dentists before and now shes left traumatised by this experience. Seriously worried about the practices going on at this place, proceed with caution when taking your children here.

I have been with this practice since I was 18 and I am now 70 and recently started to use their northgate branch. I have found it very friendly and professional it's a pleasure to go there

Very poor quality of Dental work. The gap left between my teeth after having replacement filling caused part of the filling to fall out leaving me in constant pain. I requested an emergency appointment, after waiting two weeks I managed to get an appointment which they cancelled. I am now forced to seek emergency treatment at a more reputable practice, leaving me further out of pocket. Avoid this practice and their sister practice.
