Great when it comes to getting vaccines/ blood work done.

However sometimes I feel that when it comes to mental health help they don’t really help much.

Reception is always nice to me though

When you ring your medical practice you're obviously unwell and need advice.. Why are your receptionists so rude? My elderly parent was made to feel like they we're a burden to your practice (my parents never attended the practice... only routine)
I understand how tough things are within the NHS at the moment... Please train your receptionists to be kind to patient's who don't really need the added stress while feeling unwell.

Good doctor surgery. It's clean, friendly staff, normally plenty of parking and seats available while you are waiting to see a doctor or nurse.

Rang a few times on the day and always got an appointment so I can't fault them same again today rang at 2.45pm in at 4.30pm

Lovely person on reception Thursday, who dealt with my prescription that was needed for the wkend. Tried 4 pharmacy's before Boots the chemist had them in, unfortunately wrong make. Back to the surgery to meet a receptionist who was rude, spoke down at me. Feeling very tearful & suffering with depression. People like this is the last thing we suffers need. Hope you feel good that I'm in tears & cold do with help, asking about protocol, which chemist I rung going on holiday. Then asked if I had the emergency chemist number, I said no, her..do you want it then. me.. Good idea. The girl that came out to give me my tablets was so lovely. Not at all the friendly welcome or help you expect from a surgery.

The most rude receptionist I have ever come across in my life. Speaking to patients like 5 year old kids. Needs training on how to communicate. Haven’t used the GP service to its fullest but if this is a prime example of how patients get treated then god help the rest of the care

Absolutely amazing practice with outstanding service. We have always had an appointment the same day and always feel well advised and supported by all staff at the practice. Given the challenges the NHS has faced during and since the pandemic and through government cuts, the practice never fail to offer a great service everytime. Thank you
