All the staff were excellent. Welcoming, polite, and professional. All my tests were carried out with care and ease. I wasn't rushed in any way, and I received full explanations as to what was happening, and the results of my examination were made clear throughout the whole appointment. Thank you

We decided to go to vision express two years ago as we were not happy with the other well known opticians (not the footwear)
The staff then were so patient helpful and did not rush our decision.
This time round it was different staff the same optician and still a great service. They even allowed me to have a look in the draws at further spectacles.
I've worn glasses for over 20yrs and because you want them to look right cause they need to last 2 years I don't want to be rushed choosing and the staff were so laid back and accommodating.

Fantastic, they're the best optition in my opinion of all of the stores. My son , myself and my husband all use Vision express and have done for the last 21 years. I'd go ni where else. Excellent service and facilities. Beautiful frames and wonderful staff. Would Highly recommend. 💯

At the Harrogate shop all the staff were very helpful and customer orientated
Especially the girl named Roony who helped me she was extremely helpful and very patient and nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was very knowledgeable too and deserves extra praise

Really friendly staff! I came in for a contact lens check up but also brought my glasses because they were quite loose and they fixed it straight away + although my appointment was delayed, it was dealt with efficiently and everything went well!
