They have cancelled my Appointment 3 times in a row for a medical review , Then stopped my medication out of nowhere because I've not had a review.
I'm now without any Medication and think it's really wrong when it's not my fault!!!
And it's impossible to get to talk to a Doctor.
They should have carried my medication on what I've been on for over 20 years until they finally give me a medical review. 111 said the same when I rang them.
Don't think I can cope

Appalling service by a 3 members of staff. Treated as abusive when I was not happy about some of my anti-psychotic medication not being prescribed. Very upset and disappointed - feel discriminated against . As others have said , if I could give zero stars I would most certainly do so .

You put a request in online for a call back to discuss an appointment - they never receive it and never call you! You have to call them to chase it up and then they fob you off - you have a duty of care that you are not upholding!

Is it just me or is this the worst medical surgery in Chesterfield. It is impossible to ring and get it touch and even when you drive to the surgery they still don't book the appointment you have requested. This place needs some serious new management.

Useless booking system, I called and waited in line until they were available and the call connected but no one responded until they hung up. I then could not call back and now will have to wait another day to book an appointment. Archaic, out of date, inefficient and useless system

Just plain bad. Todays instalment is: I had a routine a appointment booked by telephone that I've waited weeks for...and Dr Pascal Ward simply hasn't called me as arranged. Its now an hour since the appointment time. Leaving me facing another battle with the receptionists and another wait for another appointment. No wonder the review scores are so low for this practice. - update he just called 1.5 hours late

The receptionists will not listen properly or just don't seem to care, Also the Second time in just over a week I've waited in all day for the doctors to ring back and they never did .

Tried to arrange another doctors appointment, was told cannot do this as in 2 weeks time will be a bank holiday so will have to call back Tuesday.

Arranged a call back for Tuesday, got told all the appointments are gone, she told me she will arrange a call back for Wednesday, not even bothered calling me this time.

It puts me off going to the doctors as it proves so difficult to even get an appointment to get some help.
