Honestly unsure how this hospital has any positive reviews. Went today for my 4 year old son and was basically told the wait would be 3 hours and then they would not be able to dispense antibiotics if needed. Left having wasted time and felt unheard. Receptionist pretty curt and unprofessional, no sign of any compassion either.

What an absolute pathetic experience... sent by my GP.. arrive and the receptionist knew I was stood there just sat scrolling on her phone ignoring my presence.. when she eventually gave me her attention she really couldn't be bothered.. sighing whilst simply saying "yes?!" ... utter unprofessionalism.. oh and then just tells me no we won't help you here.. basically only help if you stub your toe or cut your little pinky.. RIDICULOUS

Went on a Saturday afternoon for pain in my eye. First visit (I was on holiday). Calm, welcoming staff. I was seen in 20 mins by a kind doctor who listened, didn’t make me feel like I was wasting her time & diagnosed the problem right away. Wonderful service.

I visited this department for the second time in a year for a procedure which is not pleasant. I have to say that once again I found every single member of staff from reception to staff working in the clinic were extremely professional and also friendly, they are an absolute credit to the NHS , anyone attending this department do not feel apprehensive about your procedure as I guarantee you the staff will take excellent care of you in such a manner that you will be at great ease.
