Visited today for an x-ray. beautiful, clean historic building with a large budget spent upon up dating every feature and equipment.
Very attentive and professional staff all of whom are polite, welcoming and professional.
The history attached to the building, originally constructed in 1850 primarily by donation tells you a lot about the people connected to Ripon.

Brilliant service. Walk in x-ray done in 10 minutes from entering the hospital. Free parking opposite which is so refreshing for NHS hospitals. Staff are lovely and caring. A great experience.

Easy to park. Staff where rude. Sent me to A+E even though they have an Xray machine on site. I get the feeling they where happier sat chatting behind reception rather than helping me. Very poor

I had an issue with my ear piercing on my wedding day and needed the earring removed. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff were lovely, kind and understanding. Excellent little clinic for minor injury’s. Would recommend this over Harrogate A&E if you need minor medical care.

Visited for an x-ray after a fall . In and out in 15 minutes . Friendly & efficient staff . In a different league to many !

Went with my 3 year old son to the walk in centre after been quoted over a 4hour wait in another hospital. He was very upset as he had cut his ear open, his 18month sister hadn’t eaten for hours - they saw Charlie within 20 mins and even made his sister a sandwich. They went above and beyond and brought happiness to a very worried mummy. Thank you so much for the kindness we were shown.

In and out within 50 mins. That included initial triage, x-ray, then the x-ray review.
Staff are lovely and friendly too.

Only downfall is the car park is very small (but it's also free).
