Easy to park. Staff were brilliant and helpful from walking through the door. Staff in the Coverdale suite were caring, happy, helpful and the lady I saw knew exactly what my problem was and prescribed medication and a follow up appointment. She was very thorough and explained everything ⭐

Granted it was a busy night, but on 25 April I brought my husband, who was in extreme pain following a procedure in the eye clinic that afternoon, into A and E at 19:00 and we walked out of A and E at 04:30 having still not been by a doctor. The tannoy kept tellling
waiting patients that it was a busy night, which was patently obvious, but not once in all those hours did a member of the medical staff do a round to check how all the waiting patients, some in a lot of pain, were doing. The lack of care shown was unforgivable.

The Doctor that was working on Tuesday night was the most horrible inconsiderate sarcastic man I've ever met!!! I really can't believe he's a doctor!! And the floors was dirty!!

Could do with more options for places to eat or grab a coffee

Spaces are very tight, as well as the entrance up to the 2nd floor where views for the driver are restricted top and bottom. An extension is being built but will take time to be completed. Can be very difficult to find a space. Surrounding street parking is mainly resident permit holders or time restricted. Queues of cars at the entrance to the car park can cause build up of cars on street which causes severe back ups for any driver wanting to simply drive along the road past the hospital. Probably same problems as most hospital car parks!

Very busy spent 10 minutes waiting to get in then 25 minutes driving round trying find space so was late! Also very tight to get to upper level and you struggle to not clip your tyre on the raised center (in standard size car) some spaces are also a challenge to get into. Pickup trucks do not fit in the spaces and make everyone else life worse..
