I was sent here by my GP surgery as they had no out of hours appointments. I was told by my surgery I was going to be tested for asthma/COPD due to chest tightness, shortness of breath and pain. The doctor here did absolutely nothing for me. He checked my oxygen level and listened to my chest before telling me to "just take Gaviscon". I had yet another fit of coughing where I couldn't catch my breath once I was home and in bed and I was fobbed off well and truly by this doctor! Just because my chest sounds clear, it doesn't mean there isn't an issue with my airway!

I usually dread speaking with the receptionist due the rudeness and attitude behaviour. But today Mathew really helped in changing my appointment. Mathew and Alec are the star receptionist! The women on the other hand- really need to seek some speaking skills

Disgusting behaviour from receptionist. I watched the clock and waited 6 mins in the queue whilst one receptionist was attending patients and the other too busy having a laugh with colleague. She called me over and I told her and all she could say is “sorre” Then they note down that you attend late on your record. Patients will be dead before seen by the GP in this practice.

They call you to an appointment to see you after 1 Hour, what is the point of giving someone an appointment if you cant see them at the given time.

My mum called the doctors to make an appointment as she wasn’t sure how to use the new online booking system, before my mum had even finished asking about an appointment the woman on the phone “Michelle” (I think she said) said she was sending a link to book an appointment online even though my mum tried explaining to her she couldn’t do it, then she was rude to my mum, she shouldn’t be working as a GP receptionist with the lack of manners she has.

I can't complain always receive very good patients care from reception staff as well doctors.
Always receive a appointment without any issues, either by phone or in person for myself or my children as well as recieving great treatment each time
