I first made an appointment when experiencing extreme dry eyes and blepharitis, after a recommendation from a friend. The service I experienced from ALL the staff was so professional, friendly and welcoming I booked my next annual eye test with them.
Plus they recently had a very impressive range of ultra colourful frames. And thanks to their 'second pair half price' I just had to buy two pairs!

Absolutely top notch service from the team at Observatory! I have been using Specsavers for years and for the past three years I had been struggling with them to get the right sort of glasses. Their glasses were giving me headaches. I went to Observatory and they sorted this issue out for me and I am very happy with my glasses. The service is impeccable! Five star service! I would highly recommend them.

Can’t praise the Observatory high enough. Have always used them but decided to try another optician as liked a pair of frames. Bad move, a very expensive error. Back to the Observatory who sorted my issues in a friendly manner. Thank you to all staff as they are so helpful and welcoming.
