I came to the audiology expert a day before being induced.. Keyla made me feel so comfortable, I had quite impacted ear wax and was advised by my doctor to get them sorted out and was recommended I go see Keyla! I’m so glad I did, she was so lovely and the process was quick and painless.

Kayla is truly exceptional at what she does.I was really struggling to cope with my earache and Kayla saw me on such short notice and sorted it almost immediately. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained every step of the procedure and answered all my questions with patience, clarity and humour. I have been to see Keyla twice now and can honestly say she is one of the most friendliest, and most professional people I have ever met! I’ve been able to get an appointment to have my ears cleaned almost straight away and both times it’s been a pleasant experience in a really nice environment, would recommend her to everyone without hesitation!

Keyla was great, this was my first audiology experience and the first ear test I have had since I remember! I am a silly man and when I was younger loved loud music and environments, festivals nightclubs etc. DJ now as a hobby, so have a lot of noise going through a confined space. Had a clear out and a few tests. Definetley will be looking after my ears from now on! So DJ's out there professionals or people like me please look after your ears, or you won't be able to enjoy what we love! Also, to see what comes out of your ear is quite satisfying! I would highly recommend!
