Deplorable.I have been calling them a few times for the past couple months regarding my 10 MONTH OLD BABY and I never get an appointment. That receptionist always listens to all our symptoms for 5 mins just to say “we don’t have any appointment call in the morning at 8:30” so I ask for a pre booked appointment for the next day so I’m sure I’m having one and NOTHEY DONT DO THAT.she starts yelling at me and hangs up the phone.
Today I have been calling them since 8:30am every minutes. 9calls. No one ever reply. Worse surgery ever. Receptionist unprofessional, rude, useless, clueless.

Had an appointment booked for over 2 weeks, told them I'm a student so would be travelling home for this appointment, got a text at 8am on the day to say my appointment was cancelled and to call to rebook. surgery doesn't open until 8.30, tried calling multiple times but the lines are too busy so can't get through.

I can’t speak to highly of the treatment I received from the two new Doctors at Roysia Surgery over the past two weeks Dr Marsh & Dr Rasool . I hadn’t needed to see a Dr for five years and I had heard negative reports so was apprehensive before my appointment but not anymore just hope they stay at the practice.

Shamefully appalling service.
Receptionists are liars.
Gp's are poor in their knowledge.
Not a good example.
Do not register yourself with this surgery.

I note that a lot of reviews are from two or three years ago ...well they must have seriously pulled their socks up since then...What brilliant staff and they care !!! no problems getting appointments with your doctor of choice and my experience compared to my last practice on my first visit today was excellent.
What a breath of fresh air... thank you Roysia keep it up.

I really appreciate what they did for me. I came in scared that I may have a blood clot, 15 minutes before they closed. They made time for me to see a doctor so they could examine my finger. All was fine and it saved me a trip of A&E. I can't thank you enough.
