You could not be in better hands for your loved ones requiring senior care. I was so fortunate to find the fantastic team at Tyne Valley who have now been caring for my mother for 3 years. The whole team at Tyne Valley have gone above and beyond in assisting me with all my mother's needs and protect and care for her as if she was one of their own family. I would strongly recommend Tyne Valley if you are looking for long or short term care for a loved one.

HomeInstead have been providing care and support for my mother since 2020. Throughout that time all of the carers have been thoughtful and compassionate. On occasion when my mother has been taken ill suddenly, her carers have summoned appropriate help and remained with her until it arrived. I have found HomeInstead's Birdie app an invaluable help in keeping track on how my mother is doing. I'm grateful for all the work the carers put in

Carers did their best to enable my mother to stay at home. Required increases in care were always very quickly organised. Safety was always considered and appropriate strategies discussed to ensure this. Communication with the office was easy. It would have been helpful if the app had allowed 2 way communication.

Horrendously Rude company. I have never in my life experienced the discrimination and harassment i received from the owner of this company. Currently taking legal action

IN REPLY TO RESPONSE -
As you have said it was the interview process itself that is unfortunately where you have faltered. That is where you should be remaining professional and maintaining the high standards you claim you do. You were rude and made incredibly inappropriate actions which have led me to further this situation. As i have said in the email i sent which was ignored blatantly, i explained why this decision has been made. Since you have the ability to answer on here im assuming you have also seen that. The things you did and said were not respectful to me and made the experience uncomfortable, and when i then reached out by email i didn’t receive a response let alone an apology. It’s also ‘unfortunate’ that there was no one else in the room to witness any of this. Interviews SHOULD have a witness on hand/note taker or at least be recorded. I didn’t receive the job because you discriminated verbally towards me. Out of respect for others i will not say what i was discriminated against, therefore i will contain my legal route.
