The team at Walfinch Newcastle East are excellent care providers. Our experience to date has shown them to be totally supportive of Dads needs as they provide a truly personal service.
After the initial contact from the MD and the meeting with the Care Manager / the Carers, everything has been done to agreed timescales and costs.
The actual visits (helping with showering and physio) have been undertaken by 2 Carers to the highest standard.
The care package provided has given the wider family great peace of mind for which we are all extremely grateful.

After having a couple of bad experiences with other companies, I found Walfinch, Jade came out and introduced herself and was helpful and very happy to fit in with all of my Dad's needs. The girls who visit my Dad twice a day are wonderful he looks forward to their visits, they are happy to help him with anything he needs, Idris is very helpful and very considerate if I am ever stuck and need a bit more help with my Dad, infact the whole team at Walfinch are fantastic, I can't praise them enough, and if my Dad's happy I am happy...
