I recently had an upper blepharoplasty procedure performed by Mr. Nick Rhodes at the Coppergate Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment of my initial consultation to the day of the procedure, I was met with professionalism, care, and a thorough understanding of what to expect. Mr. Rhodes was informative and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease from the very beginning.
The procedure itself was pain-free, with just a small nip from the local anesthetic that was entirely bearable. The atmosphere in the clinic was calm and supportive, and I can't thank Nikki, the nurse, enough for her kindness. She was wonderful throughout, offering a hand to hold and providing a comforting presence, which made a world of difference.
Post-procedure, the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to head home within just two hours of arriving at the clinic. Special thanks to Sam as well, who ensured I found my lift home and even escorted me to the nearby car park where my ride was waiting. His extra reassurance, especially when I realized I’d be in sunglasses after disposing of my contact lenses, was very much appreciated.
Now, 24 hours into recovery, I’m experiencing no pain at all—just excitement as I look forward to seeing the results unfold over the next week. The bruising is developing as expected, but I'm fortunate to be able to lay low during this time.
Overall, my experience at Coppergate Clinic was nothing short of amazing. This incredible team made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something so smooth and reassuring. I can't thank Mr. Rhodes, Nikki, Sam, and the entire team enough for their exceptional care. If you’re considering a procedure, I highly recommend Coppergate Clinic—you’ll be in the best hands! To put it bluntly my money went down the drain. My consultation was fine for the most part, very informative; some of the stuff I spoke about went ignored. I was told at the end that he'd arrange for a quotation to be sent over and a nurse would take height, weight etc. Waited 10 minutes before being told the nurse was busy and I'd get a phone call later that day. It has been almost 2 months, no phone call, no quotation, nothing. I took a day off of work for nothing. Incredibly unprofessional.

I recently had surgery Nick Rhodes .
I travelled from London because I had heard such good things and boy it was worth it !
I’m almost 4 weeks post op and I’m over the moon with my results.
The staff and clinic are OUTSTANDING.

Had upper eyelid surgery after wanting this for 20years. Should have got it sooner. Clinic is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean- like being in a top hotel. All the team are fantastic, helpful and friendly from enquiry through to aftercare. Was reassured before and during surgery as I was feeling quite anxious. The consultant, James, was brilliant.
Bruised quite badly but 4 weeks in now and they have all disappeared, Love the results.

I had Upper Blepharoplasty Surgery 4 weeks ago.
Mr. Holmes was highly recommended to me and following my consultation I knew I had made the correct decision.
His professionalism, honesty, experience and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease.
During my procedure the atmosphere was extremely relaxed and I was made to feel at ease. Alison, the theatre nurse was extremely professional. All the Team at Coppergate Clinic are so helpful.
The procedure has given me so much more confidence anyone thinking about the Surgery I would definitely recommend, I wish I had done it years ago.

The care at this clinic is second to none! I had a procedure a few weeks ago and would not hesitate to recommend Mr Chris West, he is a caring and excellent consultant! And the outcome of my procedure is amazing! It doesn't stop there, the aftercare from all the team is friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble and you can contact them at any time if at all worried, I would certainly use them again!?

Arriving at Coppergate Clinic you’ll meet the lovely reception team. They greet you by name and you instantly feel welcome. My surgeon was Stephanie Young. She is absolutely exceptional! My results are phenomenal -beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be more grateful that you listened to and acted upon my wishes. Other people I met included the clinic manager, nurses, anaesthetists, the surgery team- every one an absolutely gorgeous person who made me feel special. Coppergate Clinic you have literally changed my life! I would recommend you all to ANYONE who needs you.

The Clinic itself is like a 5 star hotel mixed with a modern clinical setting, it is very nice & comfortable. The staff are very friendly, helpful & I was privileged to watch a member of staff go out of her way above & beyond to help a disabled client in a very natural respectful way ?. The clinician who did my procedure was great very knowledgeable, explained everything I needed to know & was just great to get along with. The procedure was exactly as expected & the discomfort was less than expected. I will definitely be going again & definitely recommend from my experience ?
