Highly recommend...

I've had literally hundreds of massages and treatments in my life and I can wholeheartedly say that Emma is right at the top of that list!

Emma's attention to detail and extremely thoughtful nature was more than above and beyond and I felt extremely welcome and cared for from the moment she opened the door.

The treatment was absolutely incredible and it's clear that Emma isn't your average therapist. She has a wealth of knowledge and there wasn't once that I didn't feel like I knew what was going on.

And the best bit, I feel AMAZING from the treatment.

Five stars for Emma and I highly recommend booking in your next massage at Soul and Sunshine for your next clinical massage. We met on our Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy course at Jing and I had been waiting for my opportunity to not only work with Emma but receive a healing treatment from her.

The wait did not disappoint and the treatment was wonderful. I love how Emma listens and engages in what the underlying problems are and is able to put together a treatment plan to bring about an outcome that is less pain, more mobility, and giving that relaxing experience. Her hands are truly healing hands. Thank you Emma!

I love seeing Emma for a treatment, she embodies her work. You know when you speak to Emma that you’re being heard and can truly let go of whatever you’ve walked in with. I’m a sporty person and have had lots of treatment for hips, lower back and leg pain when I was a Weightlifter. But since recovering from a head injury - Emma has helped me so much. She has some of the kindest hands that you’ll meet. Her scope of talent is phenomenal. I will be a life long client. Thank you!

I went to Emma for neck and shoulder issues, I am a kick boxer and I need supple, pain free muscles with good range of movement. Emma assessed me and suggested a block of 6 treatments. With each session I have had a reduction in pain and an improvement of the tone of my muscles, allowing me to train to full capacity and spar without pain. Emma is methodical and offers great aftercare advice.
