Carmen has a very natural approach I think anyone would feel comfortable in her presence. She listens with interest and is very engaged. Good rates for online sessions and no pressure from her to attend weekly either. I'm looking forward to future sessions.

Carmen is an amazing hypnotherapist and NLP coach - I am so glad that I found her! I went for some help with some limiting beliefs I held and, as well as working through these issues, I also got some food cravings removed too - I haven't felt like eating a crisp since!!
