Never known a practice like it. Only takes day to day appointments which is impossible to get one, rude staff who just say it is what it is. Can't keep blaming it all on the "underfunding" of NHS. Incompetent staff and lack of proactiveness.

If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment the doctors and nurses are good, however the receptionists are rude and not very friendly in the slightest. Such a shame they have such bad customer relations, A friendly polite attitude would be great as the first point of contact with the public.

I have been sent to Prudhoe Medical Group for little surgery. The staff was so helpful and caring. They look after you well. It was my first visit there and I was really impressed by the care. I have been a patient for 31 years. I had to go to hospital as unable to get an appointment. Still trying to get an appointment infor.ed next is 11th May. Poor service. Unable to book appointment.
