I'm so grateful for Simon and his level of care. I was recently visiting Hastings and hurt my back. He graciously made time to squeeze me in his full schedule to help me. I was impressed with his assessment and how quickly he could figure out what was going on for me. His recommendations for treatment were spot on and I was able to fly home on a 9.5 hour flight with no issues 5 days after seeing him. Thank you Simon!

Had chronic back pain for years, as a tradesman it seems it's something we reckon we should just accept. It suddenly got much worse, couldn't work, walk around etc. on pain score would say i was up to 8/10. First consultation, Simon worked out exactly what was going on - sent me away with "Don't do any of that, do more of this and do lots of this new thing". Second consultation, a week later, i was completely pain free and my back felt 30yrs younger. He didn't need to see me again but i booked in for a third consultation, to get his advice and expertise on keeping everything good for my passion - long distance running. Recommend the practice all the time to other tradespeople.

I have been seeing Simon for nearly one year and my posture and pains really improved. Simon is not only super professional and knowledgeable but also he is a great teacher who teaches you on the cause of your problems and what to do at home to build a great habit to live pain free. I will be forever grateful to discover this place and get to know Simon. The best chiropractor ever 😊

When I first hobbled into to see Simon i must admit I didn't have much hope for myself after years of 20 plus years suffering with back pain. Simon has eased my stress with pain and empowered me with self help methods to control and ease my pain. I have highly recommended him to all my fellow NHS workers that suffer with back pain. Stuart Soffe solved all my back issues. I now see him once a month for rehab/ maintenance work. Having served 10 years in the infantry I had years of back and hip injuries. I spent 20 years going to various Chiropractors up and down the country with only little relief. Stu builds in sports massage (I am trained in Sports Massage LSSM) and the latest techniques in to his sessions. I now run around like a 20 year old not worrying about " if" I am about to pull my back and spend the next 3 days in bed. Great service thanks Stu.

I injured my Achilles, a tricky one to treat and it takes a long time to recover. Chiro Stu treated the injury really professionally and taped it after each session. I had exercises to do at home to help recovery and strengthen the muscles around the injury. I was very happy with my treatment.
