Absolutely brilliant team delivering absolutely brilliant services! Needed an emergency appointment on the same day. Was called back by Lucy to say they would fit me in last thing on the day and within the hour I had been seen by Alex who was superb from start to finish dealing with a very poorly toe! I cannot recommend Lucy and her team enough. They went over and above to look after me and the result is one much better toe today! If I could give them 6 stars for extra care and kindness I would!

Although my experience with Lucy has been excellent, her colleague is less so , I was hung up upon when trying to rearrange my appointment and when I contacted Lucy , I was ignored.
I feel very let down and upset .

Can’t fault this service - the only clinic that gives a foot soak and extra care and time, rather than churning out patients - I felt like I was given the attention I paid for.
Would recommend. Lucy is a lovely lady who makes you feel welcome and looked after.
