My appointment was cancelled as covid came and I didn’t receive a call back for a very long time. Unfortunately, from having had no problems, I developed gum disease in this time. I remember also previous scale and polished had been missed, probably due to being too busy. I received zero advice about my new condition and the hygienist cleaning was not adequate, meaning for over a year the condition festered and got worse until I managed to find a proper dentist over the road who did proper deep cleaning and gave proper advice. Alas it was then too late. Has other problems with my Dentist around a filling as well. A rushed and inadequate service that has had a hugely negative influence on my health and finances. I deeply regret not leaving them sooner. Find an alternative dentist while you can.

Used them for years it's always been spot on from start to finish. There is no better dentist than vikram for pulling teeth I have a phobia against dentist but since I've been with these am 80% more comfortable than I used to be 👌

Went as an emergency appointment today so helpful and friendly very nervous as always going to dentist but frieya make u feel at ease and nurse . Couldn’t ask for a nicer practice .

Absolutely lovely practice. Everyone makes you feel so at ease and as a person anxious about visiting the dentist they were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. The ladies on the front desk were lovely as soon as I walked in. Which also makes a huge difference

Reception staff were great, but it was the worst experience I've ever had in a dental chair. I have already emailed to complain and will not be returning. I only went in for fillings, but the whole thing felt rushed and painful. I was physically shaking when I left.

Very nice dental clinic, based in Birtley so it's quite convenient for me. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful and the dentists are all very nice and discussed the state of my teeth thoroughly with me.
My only complaint is that I went in for a small filling and the dentist was insistent on not giving anaesthetic despite the size (or lack thereof), it was a fairly painful process as a result and I feel administering some would have helped but it was over so quickly that it wasn't a huge deal.
All in all I'd recommend visiting this clinic if you live nearby.
