Hallifax Care helps my 97 year mother to remain living in her own home and has done so for the last eighteen months. My mother looks forward to the carers visits when they provide personal care and prepare her meals. Highly recommended.

Hallifax Care looked after my Mum for just over 2 years before we sadly had to move her to a care home. Mum was lucky enough to have the same carers, Tracie and Kim, for the majority of her visits, who were wonderful. She built up a good relationship with them both. The cover carers were also lovely.

As with any service provider things don’t always go right, but the Management and the office team always took things seriously and sorted any issues out. They were responsive and dedicated. You can’t ask for more than that.

Linda Tina Natalie and Kirstie thankyou so much for the care the laughs the respect that you have brought to mum we will always hold a special place in are hearts for you the rest of the cares have been nice afew need to learn how to treat the elderly and not be ruff with them And to pay attention to there work and stop watching tv then accidents won’t happen if you put in a complaint you will be removed from there company instead of dealing with the complaint they get rid of the client what’s very sad they say thet complaints are welcome but they don’t like it and remove anyone that does
