I’ve recently had a couple of health conditions and have had to call the surgery a number of times but the staff have always been friendly and helpful and offered me different treatment options to relieve my discomfort. I have just had possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with a health professional.

Kelvin the WellBN pharmacist has just sorted out my medication with ease and efficiency and with kindness as well.

I’ve just joined the GP practice so was worried about how my care would be transferred. I needn’t have worried. That was easy, I was listened to, reflected back to and supported really kindly and efficiently. Completely seamless process.

I went in for my first ever smear appointment yesterday and Nurse Rhoda was so lovely and calming! I was quite nervous for the appointment, and she made me feel so at ease that I even ended up spontaneously getting a couple of my travel vaccinations that I was meant to get in a couple weeks’ time! (Despite my huge needle phobia, she made me feel comfortable enough to get them on the spot).

Great surgery and lovely staff, would highly recommend x

I wanted to write a review to praise possibly the best GP I’ve ever had… Dr Sam Hall is without doubt the most compassionate and thoroughly brilliant GP that I’ve dealt with over the last seven years of being very unwell with serious Stage 4 cancer. I’ve had so so much medical gaslighting that I had lost trust in pretty much the whole system… Sam Hall has restored my trust and I simply can’t recommend him and this whole surgery enough.

This surgery is so different to all my past surgeries. You actually feel that they have your best interests at heart and aren't fobbing you off. They encourage face to face appointments too which my last surgery actively avoided. I've been seen and called by a lovely doctor, Maddi who is so kind, reassuring and keen to get to the bottom of my situation.This really is the best surgery I've ever been a patient of!

Always get a good service at WellBN with fast responses. Just had an appointment with Kelvin over the phone and once again had amazing service. He explains everything in detail, makes sure you ask any questions you have, and is also very patient and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend WellBN to anyone looking at changing GPs.
