I have had my induction with Kelly Park and will be working for the company. All staff have been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have learned alot in my training and i am looking forward to start working.

Only 2 carers that come and see my Dad that actually do what is asked of them. My complaints are never followed up. On an hour call to my dad one particular carer is only in 15 mins.

Couldn’t ask for a better workplace, love all the staff I’ve worked with whilst I’ve worked at Kelly Park. I’ve never had any issues with any of the office staff, they have always been kind and helpful when I’ve needed their help. I look forward to seeing how far care work could take me !

My mother in law has dementia, Alzheimer's and severe mobility problems, she has 4 visits a day, daily carers have been very good BUT she would not allow male carers to do any personal care and we found out that she had previously been in an abusive relationship and ASKED if she could have female carers as she was becoming agitated and personal hygiene issues
causing soreness They are ignoring requests not GOOD

Dreadful Company
This is not a fake review like some others. Who are paid to make reviews

I notice that almost all the good reviews are from the employees or relatives of the company

Carers are excellent at their work and i was very pleased with them
only to be let down by rude office staff

I phoned the office twice to ask about my wife care i only wanted to ask a very simple question which never got answered

Most good companies tell you there name as soon as they answer and ask how may i help

After been put on hold for over 30 minutes each time the lady who answered my call both times refused to give me her name
So i didn't know who i was talking too
then hung up on me again before i could speak and tell her my problem

The office staff are only as good as the manager Kirsty who have obviously trained them very badly or not at all she should be so proud of the way they speak and treat their customers

avoid this company at all costs
I would give them no stars if it was possible

The "carer" come at their convenience, one hour later or earlier, sometimes not even on the day they're supposed to come. They don't give you any choice on the schedule and oddly are always only available on bank Holidays so they can charge you double rate.
Zero engagement from the "carer". Might as well have left my mum staring at the ceiling. Ended the service after a couple of months. Do not recommend. Also they ask you lots of questions on the first appointment on what your loved one likes to do but never engage in anything with them. Even when you provide an activity to do they can't be bothered. They don't even talk to the person they're supposed to care for. Disgraceful. Wouldn't even let a dog in their care.
Also they wear their masks under the chin even though they know the person they care for is really ill and at risk. They just don't care. You ask them to be there to give a vital treatment in the morning and they tell you that they'll be there for lunch.

Absolutely no words for how disgusting this company are. My poor nana had £80 pound stolen by a member of staff who later admitted to it and she is still employed! They sometimes don’t turn up for my nanas care. And they lie, once said they made my nana a sandwich when there were no ingredients in to make. Tell a pack of lies when writing in their book. One member of staff went to visit and my nana was asleep, he then touched my nana by stroking her cheek to wake her up! She’s 85 with dementia she was terrified. Absolutely disgusting and our services have been taken elsewhere.

As a company they have no idea of person centred values. Please if you have a relative in need of support Do Not Use this company. Office staff will say anything to family regarding care plan. Care plan never used this company do what they want . Do not even deserve 1 star. Wouldn't let this service look after my dog 😡😡😡
